Decision Time
I got a coworker that is trying to get me to go in with him on a big real estate purchase. He knows that my brother does that kind of stuff, so he thinks that we should be able to do it with no problem. Which is probably true, if my brother can do it, anybody can. But, he has got me looking at some Wilmington real estate which does look like it would be a great investment. The thing that might mess us up is his wife though. She doesn’t want to risk anything, so if I do decide to go through with it we are going to have to talk her into it. We’ll just see how it goes I guess.
