Got Milk?
The other day at work my friend has a bottle of what he called muscle milk. I had never heard of anything like that before, so I wanted to try it. I did and it was really good, so I’m going to start buying it now. It’s really good for you. I drink alot of milk already as it is, and if I can keep drinking it and add something else to it that is really good for me, why would I not? I know that I already don’t get enough protein in my diet so this would be a great way to boost that up. I hope he bring more to work tomorrow, because I’m really wanting to drink some more of it until I get mine.
