Today I Went To Go Work Out
Today I went and took a friend of mine to work and afterwards I stopped at the YMCA and started working out. First I hit the bench press and did 15 reps at 150 pounds. Then I did 10 50 pound curls. After that I went and did 350 pound leg presses for 25 reps. Then for the final part of my work out I rode a bike for 3 miles and then ran for 5 miles. I really got a good work out in today and will continue to work out for as long as I can. My goal is to loose 30 pounds by the end of the summer.
