Flip It
My friend just got his real estate license. So now he’s going to start doing that stuff like you see on television where he buys older crappy houses and fix them up and sell them. He seem to know alot about that kind of stuff, so I think he’ll do really well. Maybe he’ll do so good that he’ll end up getting his own tv show. It seems like there is already about 10,000 of them on already, so one more wouldn’t hurt to bad, would it? Then I’ll start working for him just so I can get on tv. That would be fun.
